1 Association Name and Purpose

This agreement establishes membership in the blitZr Private Membership Association ("Association" or "blitZr PMA").

The purpose of the Association is to provide its members with private access to technology consulting, strategic guidance, and curated tech recommendations designed to help small and mid-size businesses identify, evaluate, implement, and leverage better technologies to improve efficiency, performance, and scalability.

blitZr PMA operates primarily as a consulting and advisory service. While done-for-you implementation services may be available in certain cases, the core value proposition is expert analysis, strategic recommendations, and facilitated access to best-in-class technology solutions. Members remain responsible for final technology decisions and implementation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Process Improvement & Automation Consulting

A core focus of the Association is to help Members identify, document, and improve key business processes, and to recommend appropriate technology solutions to support those processes. This may include, but is not limited to, mapping current workflows, designing future-state processes, and configuring platforms such as SmartSuite to streamline and automate operations.

As certified SmartSuite consultants, the Association may also act as a system administrator or implementation partner for selected platforms where agreed in writing. The Association's role remains primarily consultative and advisory in all engagements.

2 Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to business owners, organizations, and professionals seeking technology-driven growth and operational improvement through consulting and strategic guidance.

By accepting membership, the Member agrees to:

  • Comply with the terms of this Membership Agreement.
  • Support the Association's values of innovation, integrity, and collaboration.
  • Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner in all Association interactions.

The Association may approve or deny membership applications at its sole discretion.

3 One-Time Enrollment Fee

All new Members agree to pay a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $12.00 upon joining the Association.

This enrollment fee covers the cost of onboarding and includes (at minimum):

  • A detailed online presence audit conducted using paid analysis tools to assess visibility, search footprint, and reputation signals.
  • A summary report identifying key issues and quick-win recommendations based on the Member's current tech and marketing stack.
  • Access to core freemium resources, including checklists, recommended tool stacks, and foundational strategies tailored to small and mid-size businesses.

This enrollment fee is separate from any ongoing membership or service fees that may apply to selected Suites or service layers.

4 Membership Structure and Service Offerings

blitZr PMA offers a tiered membership structure designed around the customer journey and technology needs of growing businesses. Members may select from bundled Suites or individual service layers based on their specific goals.

All suite and layer engagements begin with process mapping and improvement consulting to identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities before recommending specific technologies.

Growth Visibility Suite

Included Layers: Discovery • Research • Engagement

The Growth Visibility Suite provides consulting and tech recommendations focused on helping your brand show up, get found, and engage meaningfully with prospects. As a member, you receive:

  • Process review of how leads are currently captured, tracked, qualified, and handed off across your organization.
  • Strategic guidance on awareness and discovery technologies (local profiles, tracking, lead capture).
  • Consulting on search optimization, listings management, and findability tools.
  • Recommendations for reputation management, chat/messaging platforms, and nurture automation.
  • SmartSuite-based process designs to centralize and automate lead flow, response tracking, and engagement workflows where appropriate.

Revenue Expansion Suite

The Revenue Expansion Suite provides consulting and tech recommendations focused on turning prospects into customers, keeping them longer, and activating them as advocates. As a member, you receive:

  • Process mapping of your sales pipeline, onboarding, delivery, and client success workflows to identify friction points and opportunities.
  • Strategic guidance on CRM, proposal, invoicing, and payment platforms.
  • Consulting on subscription management, lifecycle communication, and renewal automation.
